Nice day on the island. There is a tournament going on and pictured is the current leader board. Remember you can fish til 12 pm tomorrow. It has been a pleasure to meet you folks. We start with a light west wind in the morning and it picks up from the NE at 10 kts in the afternoon. The next tide is low at 1:52 am and high is at 8:18 am. Have a good time!

Nice cloudy day and still warm. I saw some folks catch Black Tip sharks at the Point today. 6 and 7 footers. Sea Mullet and Blues and Pompano are being caught too from all of the beaches. Another nice day out. SW winds have picked up today but tomorrow they will be light from the NE at 8 kts. People caught Blue fish again today and some citation Sea Mullet have been weighed in. Small Pompano and Spot are being caught as well. In the sound Speckled Trout have been biting good. Come in and we will show you how to rig up for them. Have fun. B...

Beautiful out today, real light breeze and plenty of sunshine. Lots of Blues at the Point on metal and bait as I type. There are also Drum being picked up on bait. Nice photo from this morning.

Nice day out today. Light winds all day and the fishing has been good too. Reported catches include Citation Drum from the Pier. Blue fish, Sea Mullet, Pompano and Puppy Drum were caught from the beaches here in Buxton. Tomorrow should be nice again. 77* and sunny light winds out of the SW at no more than 10 kts. Have fun.

Hey ya'll! Finally tomorrow the winds will drop out. Westerly and South westerly all day at 4 kts is what is forcasted. Today was much cooler in the morning. ENE winds were still howling 25 kts. Reports from the Point include Puppy Drum and some 34" Drum, a few Speckled Trout and Spot. The winds will be much lighter tomorrow. The forcast calls for 10 kts in the am and then becoming Easterly at 7 kts for the afternoon. It should be sunny. See you out there! Take care.

Today was a very windy day and tomorrow will be too. There is lots of swell in the water too from Humberto. The south facing beaches could be fishable at a lower tide. Hang in there. Stop in and get a new rod and reel or have your reel respooled with fresh line to get ready for calmer waters. Low tide is at 4:53 am and high is at 11:18 am tomorrow.

Breezy day NNE kickin', and will be until Friday. I have heard of a few puppies drum and bluefish and one nice speck oceanside on bait.  Didn't see anyone from the soundside. That might be the only place tomorrow and Thursday. Or try oceanside at falling tide. Bring a sweat shirt it will be much cooler. Fall is on it's way with big drum coming with it. Ha...

Nice weather day today, winds light NNE. Spanish and Blues at the Point on metal. Blues, Pups, Spot, Whiting and Sheepshead in Avon. Specks and Pups in the Sound on grubs. Come on down and see us, when you do bring your skeeter spray, they are thick.
